Job Description

We’re looking for a Construction PM to help a large manufacturing client in Quebec to manage engineering partners and the general contractor from conceptual engineering, execution phase to closure phase, ensuring a smooth and effective handover to operations.

Main responsibility:

Oversee all activities and internal/external resources of sub-projects within his construction mandate.

Must haves:

• Years of experience in the commercial/industrial construction industry
• with OIQ
• Ability to build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to communicate with various project stakeholders in French and English
• Ability to influence and motivate multidisciplinary teams
• Possess a strong understanding of construction project management, cost control and planning

Preferable:

Academic background in industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical, or metallurgical materials, or a concentration in industrial project management.
